Active in real estate for 25 years Terrie is a recognized industry executive experienced in new construction, adaptive re-use, residential rental and commercial development. As President of Sales and Marketing for New West Realty she built a team of 30 project professionals and oversaw the successful completion and sales of more than 3000 units. As a key point person for the development team she gained extensive experience in project planning, budgeting, market research and product development. 

 

Joining Catapult Realty in 2012 as Director of Brokerage Services she worked with institutional lenders and municipalities to develop and execute plans for the disposition of non-performing commercial assets and “broken” condominium developments.

 

Today Terrie is an Executive Broker Associate and heads a Multi-Family Sales Team at Chicagoland Realty Services. She is also very active in the Residential Brokerage Business in Chicago.
